Man of steel was meant to show how humanity portrays him, not how he saved ppl or what he does for humanity. Obviously they aren’t trying to show him as a hero, I mean my days in the same scene they’re talking abt how he’s a saviour and not a hero.

why cant people handle different characters🥀 theres different versions in the comics, yall focus on what these characters should be instead of what they could be. there was no stating superman was gonna be exactly like superman, if you dont like this version then you dont but I dont think its really meant to be compared. its like comparing a negative to a positive cause you think or like it better as a positive. the whole universe isnt that great but mos as its own stand alone type of superman was great, James gunns superman also great and you finally get ur positive superman

Wow, people really don’t understand that they’re the ppl being criticized in the movie🤦🏽♂️Everyone knows if Superman actually came to earth ppl would look at him like he’s a god, everyone knows this. The whole point is he’s not one, he’s just a guy doing the right thing, ppl aren’t afraid of Superman because of what he does, they’re scared cause he challenges our importance in the universe. That’s the entire point of this sequence to show a guy just helping ppl, and the final clip of him looming over means he probably just got there if the woman’s is starting to get happy, so he’s probably looking for ppl with his xray vision
