To everyone scared this is going to happen during a vbac, JUST IF YOU GET AN EPIDURAL, never got the shakes unmedicated.. I had 1st and 4th unmedicated,2nd and 3rd with epidural.

When my best friend gave birth her nurse told her to stick her tongue out (old trick that works for some reason) and it worked for my friend!😄

i told my nurse i was scared because the labor shakes she said “your body is in pain but your heart recognizes this as a good thing, your body is trying to outweigh your heart right now. breathe and listen to your heart and they will go away” did what she said and the shakes went away, she was the only person on my labor team that made the experience good for me.

All women should have a mouth guard in place before they birth!! Vertical fracture repairs will be added to the bill weeks after the birth! Proactive dental care is the cheapest!
