I been making the vanilla ninja creami of yours and it’s so good. It’s super simple yet so good.

I use a tsp of collagen powder as my xantham gum/guar gum alternative - works soooo good, I found it gives the perfect texture with high protein recipes! Thanks for all the great tips!

Just a fair warning though, Ninja WILL void your warranty if you run the pint under hot water. You can do it if you want, but just be mindful of that precedent has been set. The Ninja Creami Reddit has brought this up a handful of times in comments if not direct posts when someone presented an issue

Be careful scraping the sides down with a butter knife — my official creami plastic pots were damaged by this and I had to throw it out because it was getting strings of plastic in my ice cream. Didn’t happen until I tried the knife.

I first started out using xanthan gum but it made mine way too gloopy. I realised most protein powders have either Xanthan gym or guar gum in it so not needed for high protein recipes with protein powder. Just something I struggled with a not seen many people mention.
