Why is it the spouses of nurses are always the worst to get illnesses and terrible about listening to us when we tell them things to help them? Mine doesn’t come out from under the blankets either when he has a fever. 🤦♀️

My husband had what sounds like the same thing in June and he never gets sick- fever, headache, aches, vomited once and then nonstop diarrhea for like two days, it was wild. Somehow none of the rest of us got it and I never left my bed! And we only have one bathroom lol

We separate as well, but I feel like after someone is sick it’s too late. Stomach bugs put me into a panic attack.

We always try to separate the kids from the one who’s sick! Obviously if it’s one kid, one of us adults will sacrifice ourselves 🫣😩 when I had the flu earlier this year I didn’t leave out room for a week! But my husband slept in the same bed every day. He never got it 🫣🤷🏻♀️
