I would only gem the framing around the number and then a few gems inside same as you did on the hat. You don’t want the numbers to become too heavy due to the glue and stones and sag while Riley is wearing it xx

I did this for my dance outfit with thermo-adhesive gems and you can do a bunch of them at the same time by pushing the iron against them!

Love the effect on the hat! Outline the numbers and if you have time maybe scatter some through the number like on the hat? Maybe do gems on the pocket outline on the trousers or down the outside seam of the legs?

Little tip, let her wear the had to she if the rinestones don’t pop off if the fabric stretches. Some glue doest hold when the fabric stretches
