Creamy Cajun Chargrilled Oysters  == INGREDIENTS: - 3 dozen oysters  - 1 stick of unsalted butter   - 1.5 tbsp of minced garlic   - 1 tbsp of granulated garlic   - 1 tbsp of Cajun Seasoning (McCormick Culinary Brand)   - 2 tsp of Smokey paprika   - 1 tsp of dried thyme  - 1 tbsp of onion powder  - 1.5 cups of heavy whipping cream  - 1 cup of freshly shredded mozzarella cheese (or more depending on preference)  - 1/2 cup pf freshly grated Parmesan cheese  (or more depending on preference)  - 12oz of peeled crawfish (or more depending on preference)  - Fresh parsley  INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Rinse oysters 5 times to remove dirt & broken shells 2. Shuck oysters & run through water to clean off any broken shells  3. Add butter & minced garlic to a sauce pan & set on low. Once the butter melts add: - granulated garlic, Cajun seasoning, onion powder, paprika, thyme, whipping cream  5. Stir & set on low heat for 15 minutes 6. Add in the heavy whipping cream, stir & set on low for 5 minutes  7. Add the sauce to each oyster & top with cheese, crawfish & another layer of cheese  8. Set the bbq grill to max temperature 9. Once it reaches 450 degrees, add oysters to the grill & cover for 2 mins 10. Open the cover & drizzle over with the Cajun cream sauce & cover again for 2 mins 9.
