They have his name and date of birth. They don’t necessarily need his address to identify him. I mean technically no one has officially FILED a charge. Someone called and made a sexual harassment claim. The two females who made that claim are no longer on the property. Unless those females were present and filing SA Charges or the male employee is pressing physical assault charges then that would be fine.

depending on the state he is right, you don't have to identify unless you are suspected of committing a crime, not if you are suspected of having committed a possible crime.

He is a suspect and they are doing an investigation AND they are going to document the call. If you call 911 for a fire or disturbance - they ask you your name for documentation. It’s necessary. they absolutely can then detain him if he is not complying.
