Is this similar to a Brazilian Blowout? I’ve had those before and yes, you have to straighten it at the end to finish the treatment.

I think because you didn't explicitly say the heat would be in the form of straightening, and didn't mention in this video that it would be straight during the 24 hours until shampooing, at which time she gets her curls back. I'm sure it's because you know what you mean when you say "heat", and when you explain it repeatedly you may not realize you've not fully explained some bits this time - but I was SO interested and watched the whole thing, and yet I was surprised too.
