Eunuchs existed since the time of the Romans and Greeks, so I am sure the framers were aware of them and homosexuals, yet there is no provision in the US constitution for sexual orientation. Same Sex marriage is not a fundamental right because it doesn't meet the original definition of marriage. If there is a social change about gay marriage as you say it should be reflected with an Amendment to the Constitution.

If the logic behind excluding trans women from women’s bathrooms is based on the idea that they might make others feel unsafe or be “creepy,” then by that same logic, shouldn’t bisexual, pansexual, or lesbian women also be banned? As a bi woman myself, that argument falls apart quickly. The assumption seems to be that someone’s presence in a space becomes threatening purely because of who they’re attracted to, but we don’t apply that standard consistently. No one questions whether a lesbian woman should use the women’s restroom, even though, using that same flawed reasoning, someone could claim they feel “uncomfortable” or worry about being watched. So if we’re not banning gay or bi people from restrooms, then clearly the issue isn’t about safety or attraction, it’s about prejudice against trans people. This whole argument relies on stereotypes and fear, not facts. Trans people aren’t a threat just for existing. Everyone deserves to use the bathroom that matches their identity without being treated like a danger just for being who they are.
