You might have peirced it on a nerve, don’t take advice from me but I peirced both sides of my nose by myself and my nose didn’t swell like that. I would recommend taking it out and letting it heal, then try peircing it again in a different spot, just a suggestion tho!!!

some sides may react differently my sis got her snake bites and one side wasnt swollen and the other side was really swollen

What did you do to get it to heal? I got mine three days ago and it’s so swollen my jewelry is almost sinking 😫
