show me where they choked him... they used minimal force needed to get him cuffed... he was obviously having a medical episode and looks to me, judging solely by the video, that he died of an apparent heart attack... once they noticed he wasn't breathing they immediately started cpr... not a boot licker here because I definitely believe in accountability, but I don't see where any officer was in the wrong

Watch the cop screaming turn around with tattoos. Look closely , you see once he is rolled over the arm placement of the cop is going under his neck for a choke hold. Then u see hand locks and u don't hear him screaming anymore.
