Why distort history? Japan invaded Korea and annexed it, and Korea was united before, during, and at the end of the occupation. The victorious powers in World War II divided Korea into two parts. The proposal was presented by America through General Truman in coordination with the Soviets, and what happened to Korea and the Korean people is the responsibility of these countries.
