I personally liked the book How to Get Rich by Dennis Felix. He founded The Maxim magazine. A real rags to riches story. He also says wealthy people mislead you. Specifically it's about ownership. The secret is they don't care who runs their companies and who gets to be CEO or whatever other high status as long as they have the lions share of equity.
