It's called a suicide knob.They've been around forever. there's a reason why they're illegal in every state. truck drivers used to use them and then they went to personal vehicles.They are absolutely illegal to use. it's funny to me how this generation things. I think that they came up with all these things that have been around forever lol

A forklift I drove had one of these. Small tires, very heavy machine, hit a small rock, tire turned 90 degrees instantly, steering wheel spun, I flung forward, nearly killed me. That's why they are illegal.
