@chelslovesit: UPDATE: This was filmed last year, before the She Matters mural went up. I was talking about Hosier Lane in general, not that specific piece. Melbourne’s renowned for it’s street art. And the most famous laneway, Hosier Lane, is actually my least favourite. This is because it’s completely “free painting” which means no permits or licensing so anyone and everyone can paint there. This also means that it’s forever changing (awesome) and really great pieces can be painted over (not so awesome).
