@jumpfoundation: From August 12–20, the JUMP! Foundation brought together 23 team members representing 11 nationalities for our Program Managers Training Week — a space for depth, inquiry, and new awareness. Our Program Directors design diverse programs, but it’s our Program Managers who bring them to life on the ground. This training week gave them the space to connect, reflect, and sharpen the skills that make our programs transformative for young people. Highlights: 🌱 Conscious Leadership & Facilitation — exploring the “why” behind how we design experiences, not just processes. 🌲 Expedition in Khao Phratap Chang — strengthening outdoor leadership in heat, humidity, and rain, while leaning on community. 🤝 Mentorship & Wisdom — guided by expert trainers Vishwas Parchure, Harry Dang Hung Nguyen, and our Program Directors Shannon Fox, Armand Gowans Kruger, Tona arriaga, and Jake Finch-Johnson. This week was more than training — it was an embodiment with our approach "Leadership Reimagined": 🔷 Leadership as a culture — built in community and shared practice. 🔷 Leadership as a practice — sharpened daily through facilitation, reflection, and outdoor challenge. 🔷 Leadership for impact — preparing our team to design and deliver transformative experiences for youth worldwide.
