@willbickleyfitness: This is for beginners and for people that haven’t yet seen substantial progress in the gym. Prioritise your compound lifts and stop worrying about your minor muscle groups like upper chest, rear delts, medial triceps head. These will all grow alongside your compound lifts - the main difference being you will get FAR stronger, faster. Don’t get me wrong, still include isolation exercises in your plan (of course) but they shouldn’t be the priority at all.
