that child is only eight but is very smug. that looks on his face shows he doesn't care and the parents support him. How can they condone that behavior? This child is someone who is going to cause a lot of hurt if the parents don't stop excusing his horrible behavior. 😞

Juvenile Detention. Parents should be arrested and charged with the crime. And any other children they have need to be taken away. These parents are showing their son that there’s no accountability for their actions. 😡😡
