Fly Drive Wander :
Have you ever tried Wanderlog? I think it's great because it brings everything together. You can then look at the map view to make sure everything is in the right Geographic order. Finally, it gives you a link between two spots and launches Google Maps with the directions. It's my fav!

Aplanner after my own heart. I plan a full itinerary too where I see how long it takes to get to everything, check their hours, and best time of day to go. If I want to eat at a specific place I also book it in advance just in case but sometimes I change my mind on food so I don't book everything in advance for food.
