1. Incline DB Press- The incline dumbbell press targets the upper chest which allows for that "shelf" or "armor plate" effect. Incline DB press also allows for an increased range of motion compared to barbells allowing for a deeper stretch and possibly even more muscle activation. It can even correct muscular imbalances as dumbbells force each arm to work independently preventing a dominant arm from taking over the movement. 2. Dumbbell Flyes- Dumbbell Flyes increases the shoulders stability and mobility allowing for injury prevention in other movements (so long as form is pure and you're using proper weight). They also allow for a greater "mind muscle connection", if you focus on the stretch (eccentric) and the squeeze (concentric) you can develop a greater connection connection with your chest allowing you to feel movements better and also have better control over the muscle. 3. Flat DB press- flat Db press allows for not only muscle gain but strength gain ins the chest, shoulders, and triceps.
