I think it's kind of smart. Instead of buying multiple pairs of headphones for different functions, being able to remove the butterflies for working out so you don't break them by accident is a good idea. super cute

Tender beef slices in a creamy mushroom-pepper gravy, topped with golden toasted garlic—this homemade take on a Jollibee favorite is rich, savory, and perfect over steamed rice. Boil 6 cups of water. Blanch the marinated beef in batches for 1 minute each. Set aside. 4. Make the Sauce:
In a pan over medium heat, add 3 Tbsp garlic oil. Toast 1 tsp black pepper, then add mushrooms and sauté for 5 minutes. Add the pre-cooked beef, water, cream, bouillon cube, soy sauce, additional pepper, and salt. Stir in half of the toasted garlic. Simmer for 5–8 minutes until thickened to a gravy-like consistency. 5. Serve:
