Try spray sunscreen to get the paint off your fingers. It works for a lot of paint and permanent markers. So maybe it’ll do the trick

(Former art teacher) If the spray paint is acrylic enamel and settled into the nail crevices, you need something to break up the acrylic binder. So get some Lava brand soap and firm nail brush. Once you get that out if there’s residual stains a degreasing soap (like dawn or the orange soaps for mechanics) will help with the stain. If it were ink based stain you’d need rubbing alcohol.
