We got to the cabin late Friday me, and two of my friends. It was remote, but that was the point. No neighbors, no cell service. Just quiet. That first night, around midnight, we heard someone knocking on the back door. Three short knocks. One of the guys went to check, didn’t see anything, and we all laughed it off. Probably a branch or an animal. Then, twenty minutes later, there were three knocks on the front door. Louder. We all got up this time. No one was there. No footprints in the dirt, nothing. We locked everything and tried to sleep. I woke up around 3 a.m. to footsteps on the porch. Slow, deliberate steps, circling the cabin. I didn’t wake anyone i just lay there, listening. After about five minutes, it stopped. The next morning, we found the back door standing wide open. None of us had touched it. We left an hour later. Didn’t even pack everything just grabbed what we could and got out.

Question, my family has a cabin in North Carolina and we’ll go there occasionally. I looked up a map of the Appalachian mountains but I’m not sure if the Appalachian mountains run through North Carolina or not?🤔👀

Same lights are at a pull off on the Blue Ridge Parkway in Cherokee, NC. I've even seen them over a random mountain while riding down the road in the mountains just can't remember exactly where we were at. Cherokee is a way better light show than Brown Mountain.

After listening to all of the precious parts of this story, I wonder if this is a portal area for an alien race called the reptilians? The reptilians are a dark species of aliens who have evil intentions for the planet. They are very tall, thin beings who are also capable of taking over or getting into human bodies for short periods of time. In fact, it is believed that they there have been people who have sold their souls to this species in return for fame and fortune. Many of these beings have taken over the dark leaders of many countries. I came name several that I might believe this is true. . . Putin, trump, Kim Jung Un, Bibi, they leader of Hungary, and any leader who has authoritarian tendencies.

Off 181, going down the MTN the lights look like a city in the distance. Some would think it's the town of Morganton, it's not. Amazing!
