What rights were violated? So he was a member of an HOA that likely just existed to take care of big things and wasn’t a group of micro managing Karins but he’s pissed that his neighbors were parking their boats, RVs, and god forbid work trucks in front of their houses. Bet he’s a democrat

I hate HOAs, yes I live in one but only cause it’s super mild and cheap. Not crazy and other reasons. And keeping our streets clear of these vehicles. At one point we had over 20 huge work trucks parked by renters along the streets. Blocked out entire road to one lane. Emergency vehicles could not fit. They were forced to move all. For that reason I think acceptable.
