hey!! this is super cute and responsible of you to give them safe outside time, but they have a lot of nerves under their arms and when they're perking on the leash they can get injured. my little girl ended up with a sprained back from it by accident once! I recommend a bigger surface area harness, or a pram for walks, or training gently to start with to see if he will chill out. :) cheers!
