Because the brain alternates which eye it uses for fixation, these patients usually don’t develop amblyopia (“lazy eye”). 🔎 Causes: It can be related to genetics, abnormalities in eye muscle control, uncorrected refractive errors (like farsightedness), or issues with the nerves controlling the eye muscles. 💡 Treatment: Options may include glasses (especially if farsightedness is present), vision therapy, or surgery to realign the eye muscles when needed.
