We live in Pennsylvania and blackout curtains are saving my life. While I can’t imagine the level of daylight you have in the summer, 5:30 am full sun is terribly disruptive.

We have blackout curtains in every room. We like to live in a bat cave! We live in Tennessee, it helps keep the heat out in the summer and the heat in, in the winter. And we can sleep and not care what time it is! 😬
