Recipe -3 medium squids - 2 cups of rice - 1/2 lb ground pork - 1 carrot - 1/2 yellow onion - 2 tbsp soy sauce - 1 tbsp dark soy sauce - 1 tbsp mirin - salt and pepper For the simmer just combine like a cup each of soy sauce, dark soy sauce and mirin.
