I might be missing something here, but, if xrp is the asset used to transfer the money, excuse if I'm wording it wrong. so say they transfer 10Billion worth of xrp and it takes seconds to do it and within those seconds the value of xrp changes by one cent, then that dramatically effects the value of that 10 billion either way?
