As a medical professional this man was definitely in psychotic shock and should’ve been treated as a psychological emergency considering he was about to jump off that bridge giving these men power to hurt other people is crazy because they have no integrity and pride for themselves. They unjustly hurt people all the time and as a community we watch these videos and do nothing except for talk about what we would’ve done in that situation.
