I actually used to watch that type of content all the time and I was so obsessed with the whole “manifestation” lifestyle. A creator that I used to watch starting making videos about being humble is unhealthy, only care about yourself, don’t respect everyone, etc. And that’s when I realized that most “self help” content is unhealthy

It’s just like the whole “baddie” lifestyle/ culture that so many people chase and desire/ idolize to have because they think that’s what will fix everything within them and give them everything they want

LITERALLY… and they frame it as self love and positivity, and that’s just the way the world is 💔 it’s this idea that no one will love them as much as they love themselves so they’re okay stepping over the next guy and it’s sad
