okay actual technician here driving ur car hard and faster improves flow of intake gases and exhaust gases therefore letting carbon deposits on the back of the valves from newer direct injected cares it helped clear all that gunk out u gotta let the engine BREATH the people who drive the speed limit nice an slow an easy all the time always have isssues u can’t test ur car or notice anything breaking if ur not putting forces on it u gotta spin the tires every now and then let her hit red line once a day i know it sounds bad but i’ve been doing it for years no issues just keep up with ur maintenance and change ur oil every 3k miles on anything with a turbo
