when I was 15 I got hit by a suv running a red light at 40mph, spent 3 days in the hospital with a fractured foot and pelvis. I was forced to do breathing exercises 10x every hr for the entire 3 days I was there. I left, still not having full breath recovery.

Interesting I was in surgery for 5.5 hours and I didn’t have to do that.

so technically I've been doing that since I was 18. a water pipe technically does the same thing slows the inhale gives you a controlled breath and if you do it correctly you have a long inhale.

They gave me one but never made me use it. Passed it around my friends and I, and I could barely get that ball up.
