I wish I’d had this option growing up, but I had to have four teeth out instead. I don’t think the NHS (British healthcare) offered this as my braces were free

Well, I’d like to make a question too for a while… if anyone’s o dental doctor please let me know 🙏 I’ve got an open bite, not that bad though, it seems I have straight teeth to a stranger. Used to wear braces as a kid but, really bad doctor.. I’m an adult now and doctors say it reeallyyy difficult to fix it. They say that I should remove some teeth and have implants to the bone so that there’s a point to pull back the front teeth. They say as well, that if it’s possible to straighten them, my lips would seem smaller. The question is, is any of these true?
