@goodieschannel: Zucchini Rolls with Meat in Tomato Sauce 🥒🍅    Another incredible recipe to try!!  So delicious and easy to make!! 🤩  Thank you IG marzena.kingdom 🫶🏻    Imagine zucchini slices enveloping juicy, seasoned meat... all immersed in a thick, basil-scented sauce. Simple ingredients, great effect on the plate ✨    Ingredients:  🥒 2 medium zucchini  🥩 400g ground beef  🧄 salt, pepper, chopped garlic, sweet paprika,   egg, 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs  🍅 600g tomatoes (fresh or canned)  🌿 a handful of fresh basil  🫒 olive oil  🧀50g grated cheese    Step-by-step recipe:  1️⃣ Slice the zucchini lengthwise into thin slices, season with salt, and set aside for 15 minutes until softened. Then gently pat dry with a paper towel.  2️⃣ Prepare the filling – season the meat with salt, pepper, garlic, and paprika, and add breadcrumbs. Arrange the meat on the slices and sprinkle with grated cheese.  3️⃣ Roll up the rolls – secure with a toothpick if necessary.  4️⃣ Peel the tomatoes, cut them into smaller pieces, and add basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper (you can add a pinch of sugar).   5️⃣ Baking – Place tomatoes in the bottom of the dish, arrange the roulades on top, and bake for about half an hour at 180°C (350°F) top/bottom heat. Then switch to bottom heat only (to prevent the roulades from burning on top) and bake for another hour at 180°C (350°F) to allow excess water to evaporate from the tomatoes. Towards the end of baking, add slices of yellow cheese and leave in the oven until the cheese melts.    💡 Serve with a baguette, pasta, or couscous.
