@kiwilondongirl: If you want to change industry, the best possible chance of doing that is in a bigger company. Simply due to the fact that your lack of industry experience is a lot less exposed. When you are part of a bigger team, you are the sum of all parts and if your ‘part’ doesn’t include industry experience, it is less of an issue.
