Hi! I just dislocated my knee on Monday and i am unable to use the crutches on my own. Im in a large heavy splint with my leg fully straight and my knee is very swollen. I dont know how to use the crutches and it hurts every time i use them without someone holding up my leg im not sure why. Could you please possibly show a video on how to use the crutches with a straight leg?
