Japan refused to reform a work life balance. Same a Korea, their work is life causing so many problems they are facing today. Japan needs reform or else fear Japan speaking mostly Mandarin instead of Japanese.

The government is most at fault. Instead of doing something about the amount of child sewerslides or toxic work culture. They neglect the people and keep them as Robots until it was too late and nobody started having children bc it was just easier to live without one. Now that the government realizes it they panic and start mass immigration to a place known for not liking immigration or immigrants. not only will this cause a lot of hate and racism to the people coming in, it wont even solve the problem or just hurt the culture of Japan. The government should have done something earlier to encourage birth like reducing work stress or doing something about the SA rates and pdfs. This is all just a mess that could have been avoided
