An enlarged spleen can be caused by b12 deficiency which in turn can be caused by liver transplant. Ask for b12, mma and homocysteine tests. Easily corrected by b12 injections

at 65 I had my liver transplant, I'm 70 now , I sincerely would take your place if I could. I would hurt soo bad with liver cancer and cirrhosis that I would put a g.. to my self but then I made my Pease with God and put it in his hands. Don't give up on us and yourself. Put it in God's hands. Praying for you Emma. please don't give up
