I know I'm no help because I dont use them but I've heard if you let the pan heat up and you throw a drop of water on it and they scatter across the pan its supposed to have a non stick effect. If you've tried this then idk I'm sorry I have no clue 😭

I feel like a non stick pan would be better for you than that amount of oil idk girl🤣🤣 I love to cook but I don’t like using non stick either. I have a non stick specifically for eggs and nothing else lol

to be honest, they're incredibly hard to use on an electric stove because the heat is not even or steady

You have to heat the pan on low for longer. Little spray then a little butter

Wait until the pan is completely heated before using it. You can test the heat if you add a tiny bit of water and it stays a water drop form and dance around the pan, if the water just evaporates or start sizzling it’s not heated enough. When your pan is properly heated it’s completely non stick.

Most common mistake is not letting it heat up enough. Need to wait for it to heat up to the right temperature. Then add oil. Let that sit for abit before you then add your eggs/ingredients.

Did you preheat it? It needs to heat up for at least 5-10 minutes depending on your stove, if when you drop some water in it rolls around like w ball without spitting or steaming overly it’s done

I was scared of stainless steel. Put it on the temp you want. Let the pan sit until you can flick water into it and it dances across the surface. If it’s not dancing you didnt let it preheat long enough. Just wait longer and then try again. THEN add a thin layer of oil and spread it around. It won’t stick.

heat it up first, put butter on a knife and tap it to the pan, when the butter immediately sizzles and bubbles drop it in and cover the pans bottom with butter. Immediately ready to add food

Tech & Politics :
Pre-heat the pan on the high end of medium low until a drop of water beads up and runs around the pan. Add a drizzle of oil and a little butter while lowering the temp to medium low. Wait 30 seconds. Add eggs.
