Retired MSgt here. YOU BE YOU! First and foremost, know your job inside and out. Learn the good and bad from supervisors. Then start getting involved in the community both in and out of the Air Force Base. Work on BTZ to SrA. Make SSgt first try then get school out of the way. TSgt will be waiting for you! You can also CLEP a lot of classes. Good luck!
