@ao.cross.training: Day 10 done. Rest days, set backs, a busy schedule, competing priorities - it all may feel heavy and cause you to want to give up. It’s easy for something like this to be the first thing to get chopped when life hits. But, I’m not here to tell you to stop with the excuses. I have the same struggles and there are days when it gets the best of me. It’s ok JUST for that day! Don’t let any one missed day or set back affect your ability to get right back on it!Too often we put so much pressure on ourselves that one day makes it feel like we failed and as a result give up entirely.
