Whenever I go out for breakfast tho I just don’t eat again until the end of the day bc I’m so full and satisfied from the morning. I normally go for small breakfast though but tbh lunch is inconvenient at times

That’s your own personal experience bruv, having breakfast was probably the #1 thing that made my calorie deficit so easy… always felt nauseous in the morning when I was fat so I never had breakfast but then I would get ravenous by lunch time

I usually eat breakfast but not always. I am trying to lose weight but it works for me because my breakfast is only around 50-250 calories so its not a problem (i could eat more but i dont have time and I am very short so my matinains calories are really low)

Or, you can just do not eat for breakfast a FUCKING HALF of your calorie budget. Breakfast should be as big as the rest of your meals or lower. You should just make your breakfast as healthy as your dinner or lunch. Don't be suprised with your effect, because as I see, you have eaten for breakfast a grilled cheese and an hash brown or something, I don't really know what it is. These are NOT low in calories. Quite the opposite. And let's be honest, you won't feel full with that. You don't need to skip breakfast. You just need to customize it to the rest of your daily menu :3
