I use to open new accounts for banks…As bank account owner, all you have to do when opening accounts is to name a beneficiary on the bank account, and upon death the beneficiary has to do is go to the bank with the Death Certificate and your valid identity.

you know I never had trouble getting my husband's money out of the bank when he died they let me my name was not on his count but they knew me they let me go ahead and get his the rest of the money out

I've just been in touch with my bank ,and they have never heard of it....he even put me in hold to speak with the bereavement department and nobody heard if it.
