I’m so sorry to hear what you are going through! The part where you mentioned telling people was hard, really resonating with me. I had cancer at 25 and it was difficult to tell people and see their sadness. Thankfully I am well now, I would only wish the same for you! You are in my thoughts 💗

i know my words probably won’t hold much meaning, because there aren’t really words that can ease what you’re going through, but i just wanted to comment because i read every word. this is so beautifully written, and thank you for sharing something so personal and meaningful! i can’t imagine the pain you are going through, but the way you’ve documented it is so raw and honest, and so moving. what really struck me is how much empathy you show to your loved ones while going through this, especially what you said about how no mum deserves to see their child go through something like this, it really shows how gracious you are 🥹 for me its the other way round with my mum having cancer, but that part still really stayed with me. i’m not sure if you’re religious, so i hope this is okay, but i’ll keep you in my thoughts and prayers, and i truly hope you’re given so much more time, more love, and more memories. sending you so so much love and hope 🩷

I've read it all - you are an amazing human being 🙏 We all don't know what the future will be. When my dad was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, he didn't give up hope and kept on living. We had an amazing time together , living for the moment, and somehow miraculously, he survived for almost 2 years most of the time he even felt good. Within this time, several ppl who felt bad for him when they heard about his prognosis, died before him. Keep on living your life, knowing how precious every moment is, is something you're ahead of a lot of people in that respect 😌
