For those confused: It's not the sound of the revving itself. It's how loud it is relative to her speed. The fact that it continued for so long before down shifting. And the fact that when it finally down shifted, the car jerked. Also, listen for the brief grinding noise toward the start of the video.

i have an 09 rav4 and i get this too, on and off. Recently theres been a high pitch coming from somewhere under the hood when i start my car. pitch gets higher when i accelerate. though car still drives fine and no lights on the dash.. 🥀
