It's big but for $5,100 in van nuys?! And it's a town house?! Van Nuys is on of the worst LA Suburbs.... 5100 for brutal summers, gangs, strip malls and car dealers, and no places to walk to all driving.

That area is so ghetto I used to work at that hospital so I know. 5k for that area??? No way!!! I live in Sherman Oaks and I pay $2400 for a 2 bed and it’s beautiful and super safe unlike Van Nuys.
