Most are single issue voters so I would predict they would say yes if they are honest

This hypothetical only works if you add in that he had a history of being pro palestine while in office. No one would believe it unless we assume we are changing his 2016-2020 presidency from extremely pro israel to pro palestine

Genuine question to you if people you knew where dying because of your tax dollars being spent dropping bombs and bullets would you support that candidate? I know friends who lost family members in the West Bank and gaza are they supposed to vote for the person killing their family??

What do you even mean by pro-Palestine what he's gonna say a few nice words? Is he gonna recognise a state? Is he gonna stop funding isreal completely and stop any defence for them?

Damn this is such a great question and very telling as to their true ideology. Their answer would be yes

Absolutely not. The problem people have with the two parties is not what they put on their platform, it’s that they have no belief that they will ever adhere to what their platform states.

the question itself is kinda leaning into this "single issue" myth.

I have a better one. If Harris had the exact same platform but a pro Palestine policy, would you have voted for a different candidate?

The election was really close and Palestine was a huge issue for a significant part of the democratic and progressive base. I'd rather say that the main problem here is the fact that the Democratic Party was willing to lose the election rather than changing or even reassessing its policy on Israel-Palestine conflict. Because, you know, it's the party that has an obligation towards the electors rather than the electors towards the party

You know he made a big push at the end of the election towards folks in Dearborn, right? After Dems sent Torres/Cheney/Clinton to scold voters, he went there and literally just said, wow this is terrible, and I want it to end vs Harris listing those folks as “non-voters”.

I think their sudden support for MTG a few weeks back points to yes. They’re just contrarians, not humanitarians. If it were popular to support Palestine, they would support Israel. It fuels their persecution complex.
