I needed this today! Felt like everything I knew was gone, I felt so down today like I’m stuck and just tired and can’t fight this fight anymore but I mean there’s no option to ! I was doing so well and confident and putting OCD in its place and then it hit me! I’m gonna reset today and be strong !
