I’m not hear to argue if it does or doesn’t help you. If you feel better after your appointment, great. But I highly recommend doing some good research about chiropractic care and consulting with a neurologist or other spinal specialist about what the chiropractor is saying. I’ve read too many stories and have had way too many chiropractors lie to me about what they are doing/what happens because of the adjustments they do.
